日付をまたいだところで、

\n残念、飯テロだよ！
\nということで。<\/p>\n

先日のピアノバトン(と言っても6月)で触れた、
\nお気に入りのお店に教えてもらった日本料理店の一品です。<\/p>\n

\nいつもの紹介特典？で、厚かましくも前菜を出していただき。
\n(鱧もどき・アナゴの梅肉和えサラダ)<\/p>\n

魚介系の出汁たっぷりな梅肉の爽やかさが、
\n暑い昼間に冷えてプルンとしたゼラチン質の、
\nされど刃引きされて食べやすいアナゴに絡んで・・・
\n一口サイズなのに、ちまちまと5口くらいで食べ。
\n(野菜も切り口がすごくきれいで、氷のようにピシリと角が立っているんです！)<\/p>\n

\nメニューに新しく出ていたランチを頼み。
\n(カツオのたたき重)<\/p>\n

雪見障子のように、蓋を開けてみたくなるこんなのが。
\nそのまま一口、カツオの香りと塩味で。
\n紫蘇の実と一緒に、プチプチ感を楽しんで。
\n生姜醤油で。
\n塩に飽きたら、出汁巻きやお揚げ。
\n甘味にも飽きたら、甘酢漬けレンコン。
\n箸休めに昆布煮で合わせ出汁を感じたら、
\n(たぶん長めに煮て)ほろほろになった鶏肉入りのけんちん汁で、ほぅ・・・と。<\/p>\n

コースの残りもあげるよ、とのことで水菓子として、
\n「だいだい丸のおかめ酢和え」
\nまでいただき。<\/p>\n

見た目に加え、味や食感、香りにその組み合わせ。
\n「美味しいけど、これはいったいなんだろう…？」
